About The Position
Floral Image North America (FINA) is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative (CSSR) to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, working independently in the field, and representing creative, eye-catching products that make a lasting impression. As a CSSR, you’ll be the face of FINA within your assigned territory—supporting existing customers, driving new business, refreshing floral arrangements, and expanding our customer base.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable traveling within an assigned territory
- Self-starter with a positive, professional attitude
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships
- Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and resolve concerns
- Provide personalized product recommendations to enhance customer experience
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations
- Research market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
- Attend company training, trade shows, and industry events
