About The Position

The role of a Customer Service Representative is to interact with the customers, understand their issues, take down their requests and orders, and provide them direction on resources available to them. Be able to understand and clearly explain to doctors over the phone and through email Versah’s products and how to use them with different implant systems and in clinical procedures. This position is located in Jackson, Michigan.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a customer service-related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Excellence in accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to handle a variety of customer situations
  • Ability to work standard departmental hours of 40 hrs/per week, in addition to holidays and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with Versah customers over the phone and email
  • Answer questions about Versah’s products and services
  • Process orders and transactions
  • Explain clinical procedures and help direct customers to online resources
  • Resolve issues and troubleshoot technical problems
  • Deliver information about a company’s offerings
  • Provide proactive customer outreach
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Collect & analyze customer feedback
  • Develop and document knowledge into helpful content
