About The Position

The Customer Service Representative position is primarily office-based and involves taking customer orders via email, accurately entering them into the system, and ensuring timely fulfillment. The role also includes answering customer inquiries about products, services, order status, and pricing, as well as resolving customer issues. Responsibilities

  • Take customer orders via email in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Accurately enter customer orders and related information into our database or order management system.
  • Confirm order details, process transactions, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, pricing, and account information.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly, escalating when necessary to the appropriate department.
  • Provide information about products and services to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry, ensuring customer information and order details are correct.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely processing of orders.
  • Report to work at the scheduled time, work as scheduled and is seldom absent from work.
