We provide fueling, parking, and hangar space to the general aviation community (non-commercial planes). This full-time Customer Service Representative position may include morning or evening shifts and will require holiday and weekend coverage. The CSR serves as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting customers, accepting payments, and managing various administrative and service-oriented details. The role involves regular computer work, including processing financial transactions, entering service reservations, and managing numerical data within our aviation software for customer bookings and fees. A cheerful and enthusiastic demeanor is essential to make guests feel welcome and ensure their needs are met with attentiveness and professionalism. Our customer service department offers concierge-level assistance through excellent communication, anticipating needs, creative thinking, practical responsiveness, and meticulous attention to detail.
