About The Position

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide outstanding support to our customers and internal teams. In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact for order processing, customer inquiries, and service coordination while helping ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Must be able to pass background screening
  • Reside withing reasonable commuting distance
  • Minimum one year’s experience in a high-volume data entry and customer service environment
  • Minimum one-year recent phone experience in a corporate environment communicating with customers
  • Stable employment history
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Intermediate mathematical skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook programs
  • Able to type minimum of 30 WPM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including spelling and grammar
  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple deadlines
  • Adept at problem solving
  • Flexible with change
  • Willingness to accept constructive criticism and learn
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while maintaining a positive demeanor

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the transportation industry
  • SAP experience
  • Customer Service phone experience

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Salesforce system to manage assigned work
  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and email inbox
  • Converse with customers and internal departments regarding various service questions
  • Research customer account requirements
  • Process account and invoice corrections
  • Support sales representative on any questions or requests
  • Other tasks as assigned by manager
