About The Position
LP Propane is currently seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Representative to help with our busy Fall and Winter Seasons. We are a local propane delivery company. We have been servicing customers in Southeastern Idaho since 1992. We service and install tanks ranging from 100 to 60,000 gallons.
Requirements
- One or more years’ experience in office management, customer service, accounting, or a related area.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong computer skills and sound understanding of Office.
- Able to learn company systems and processes.
- Adheres to the company’s values and ethical expectations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process propane orders via phone or walk-ins.
- Handle front desk responsibilities or directing calls, walk-ins, and customers to the appropriate parties within the Company.
- Relay propane orders and all pertinent information to drivers.
- Assist customers with billing and account questions.
- Ensure accurate data collection for customers and internal processes.
- Inventory tracking and order processing.
- Monitor customer accounts and contact past-due customers.
- Ensure regular adequate payments for Level Pay customers.
- Collect and enter new customer information.
- Manage the billing and collection of the tank rental process.
