About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a fast-paced store environment, serving customers and helping maintain store standards. The role includes greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes working with the food program. You will work in different areas of the store, both inside and outside, and collaborate with an energetic team to complete daily tasks and provide fast, friendly service. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Ability to work at a quick pace and have fun while working.
Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects by hand with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
