Requirements

2+ years customer service experience
1+ year call center experience
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Proficient with computers
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and accountable
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

bilingual ability
MS Word, email, and CMS experience

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling, service questions, and account needs
Provide accurate information and solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience
Engage in active listening and clarify customer concerns
Build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships
Navigate computer systems, scheduling tools, and customer management software
Work collaboratively with call center team members
