About The Position

Speedy Glass is currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative at our Huffman store in Anchorage, AK
As a Customer Service Representative, you will
Be the face of the branch, providing exceptional customer service to every guest, every time
Quote, prepare work orders & invoices, and receive payment for all services provided
Schedule and assign work orders to the appropriate team member.
Resolve customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Open and close the branch; utilizing closing procedures to ensure all daily financial records are accurate
Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

• State issued Driver’s license and clean driving record
• Physical Requirements: Sitting/computer use for extended periods of time
