About The Position

The Customer Service Representative greets customers, takes and processes orders, provides friendly and professional service, and prepares pizzas accurately and efficiently. The role also includes maintaining restaurant cleanliness and following Domino’s Pizza grooming standards. The schedule is described as flexible, but employees must be available when the team needs them, including weekends and holidays. Opportunities for growth, including potential advancement to management, may be available.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in person and by phone.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including customer-facing and back-of-store areas.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
