About The Position

Great Garden Plants is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding customer service. This role will provide enthusiastic customer service while responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. The right candidate will have a flexible schedule and is open to working 30-40 hours per week onsite. No green thumb is required, but a commitment to exceptional customer service is necessary! The anticipated season duration is February – October.

Requirements

  • Two years’ previous sales/marketing and customer service experience
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Positive and energetic personality
  • Strong computer and phone skills
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to multi-task with various projects
  • Attention to detail
  • Work independently with limited direct supervision

Nice To Haves

  • Horticultural knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

  • Process orders in accordance with company policies/procedures.
  • Answer the telephone and respond to emails and chats in a timely manner.
  • Provide horticulture information to educate customers on our products.
  • Promote our company brand professionally.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
