About The Position

Atlas Credit Company is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to help customers find financial solutions and provide service in the office and in the field. The role involves assisting with loan applications, payments, and account management; responding to customer questions and concerns; supporting collections; and promoting the company’s financial services. Training is provided for candidates without financial services experience.

Requirements

• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with making high-volume calls and handling account collections.
• Friendly, professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation for field visits.
• English proficiency.

• Customer service experience preferred; 1+ year.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, lasting relationships with customers.
