Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and respond to emails regarding orders, quotes, and general inquiries.
- Follow up with customers on open quotes, orders, and account questions.
- Process orders, invoices, and quotes using Microsoft Dynamics.
- Coordinate with the Michigan office on customer orders and shipping.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service while learning company products and procedures.
