About The Position

Our Central Billing Office is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join their team! This is a remote position (training is on-site) and the hours are: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, problem solving, ability to multitask
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year work experience.
  • Prior experience in a call center environment.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and medical insurance plans.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Skill in using computer programs and applications.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and deal courteously with patients, employees, and the public
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to maintain a professional poised attitude under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and research incoming phone calls from patients and answer questions, inquiries, and concerns regarding their accounts.
  • Assume responsibility for initial patient contact and follow-up.
  • Work with AR Specialist on patient billing and credit issues.
  • Ensure positive experience for patient on behalf of CCP.
  • Identify and correct patient account inaccuracies.
  • Post credit card payments to the patients account.
