We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our in-house call center. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats to schedule service appointments while delivering exceptional customer service. The workday is from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, with a rotating Saturday per month, and a day off during the week to ensure work-life balance.
