About The Position

TEKsystems is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a leading healthcare organization in Hawaii. This role focuses on verifying member enrollment information, supporting outreach efforts, and helping prevent fraud, waste, and abuse. It’s a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate member data while gaining experience in healthcare operations and customer support.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of professional work experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle data accurately
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and professionalism on calls
  • Ability to follow structured processes and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and accountable
  • Comfortable learning and navigating multiple systems
  • Ability to work on-site Monday to Friday during 8:00am to 5:00pm

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with enrollment or verification processes is a plus!
  • Exposure to systems such as QNXT or similar platforms is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to members to verify residency and enrollment information
  • Review and validate payment status and membership details in internal systems
  • Navigate systems to locate and confirm member data
  • Send templated communications with minor personalization as needed
  • Identify discrepancies in enrollment data to support fraud, waste, and abuse prevention
  • Track and follow up on cases requiring additional verification
  • Document all interactions accurately in internal systems
  • Escalate non-compliant or suspicious cases based on standard procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of enrollment updates
