About The Position

TEKsystems is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a leading healthcare organization in Hawaii. This role focuses on verifying member enrollment information, supporting outreach efforts, and helping prevent fraud, waste, and abuse. It’s a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate member data while gaining experience in healthcare operations and customer support.

Requirements

1–3 years of professional work experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle data accurately
Excellent verbal communication skills and professionalism on calls
Ability to follow structured processes and work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and accountable
Comfortable learning and navigating multiple systems
Ability to work on-site Monday to Friday during 8:00am to 5:00pm

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with enrollment or verification processes is a plus!
Exposure to systems such as QNXT or similar platforms is a plus!

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to members to verify residency and enrollment information
Review and validate payment status and membership details in internal systems
Navigate systems to locate and confirm member data
Send templated communications with minor personalization as needed
Identify discrepancies in enrollment data to support fraud, waste, and abuse prevention
Track and follow up on cases requiring additional verification
Document all interactions accurately in internal systems
Escalate non-compliant or suspicious cases based on standard procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of enrollment updates
