This position reports to the Manager -Walmart CPFR Replenishment & Analytics. Relocation is not eligible for this role. Remote work is not an option for this role. Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience navigating through and creating large, in depth spreadsheets with complex formulas.
- Demonstrated dependability due to transactional customer service requirements for this position.
- Ability to initiate appropriate action independently and efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to handle a significant amount of detail work accurately and efficiently.
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.
- Detail focused, highly developed and demonstrated organizational ability.
- Proven ability to learn and use custom software applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work and succeed in a team environment.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in order processing and Oracle systems.
- Demonstrated advanced Excel skills.
- Candidate to be located in Austin at COS.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating the process of replenishment forecasting, inventory management, purchase order preparation, distribution planning, and customer services for continuous replenishment customers within CPS.
- This particular position is primarily responsible for Amazon replenishment as well as Walmart and Sams Club customer service.
- Ability to, on a rare occasion, travel to customer locations for training purposes.
- Must take part in an on-call rotation for evenings and weekends.
