The LCBO is looking for Summer Customer Service Representatives available to work between May 4, 2026 and September 7, 2026. We are looking for great people who are passionate about delivering an engaging customer experience that keeps our customers coming back. If you’re interested in becoming a friendly and helpful go- to expert in our retail stores for Summer 2026 then this role is for you! As part of your paid training, you will learn about store operations, customer service, and product knowledge: wine, beer, ciders and spirits. As an LCBO Customer Service Representative, you will have a chance to inspire others and share your knowledge with our customers. This is an on-site role Reporting to the Store manager, you will: Serve customers using our cash register system, promptly, courteously and responsibly, providing a positive and memorable customer experience Ask for donations for our partner charities (our Spirit of Sustainability Campaign) Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys Receive product, replenish it on the shelves, face-up products Ensure our store is clean, organized and safe for all (clean up spills and broken bottles) Lift cases of various sizes and weights (up to 40 lbs/18 kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods.
