Join our passionate team and help shape the future of the beverage industry! We are seeking an individual with outstanding communication skills to join our Customer Service team in St. Paul, MN. You will be handling customer orders for computer entry and solving complex customer service issues with customers and the sales management team. You will be part of a fun educational experience teaching you about our year-round and seasonal products through tastings, working with various divisions and warehouse training and tours. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, able to work independently as well as part of a team, and have a positive and superior customer focus. This position is primarily in office Monday through Friday.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience and/or a 2 year college degree
  • Excellent communication skills both internally and externally and at all levels
  • A passion for learning and growing with us
  • Proven ability to work independently and is reliable
  • Attention to detail is critical, accuracy is a must
  • Ability to find ways to increase efficiency
  • Effective problem-solving skills when encountering new and unique challenges
  • Excellent skills with the entire MS Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • AS400 experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service and support to our customers and internal teams
  • Timely responses to customer inquiries regarding their account
  • Build and maintain customer and sales relationships
  • Ensure proper pricing levels for specific customers are entered timely and accurately
  • Assist customers and sales staff with new account set up and troubleshooting
  • Work with sales support teams to issue product samples
  • Act as a liaison for our National Chain accounts
  • Back up receptionist on a rotating schedule and as necessary
  • Communicate with sales and operations for account reconciliation assistance
  • Offer product guidance and knowledge when necessary
  • Maintain our database using our proprietary software also used by our customers.
  • Monitor customer billbacks through our in-house software and perform regular billback audits to ensure accuracy
  • Run and distribute daily reports
