About The Position

Sparkle Express Car Wash is looking for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) who are ready to create great customer experiences, work with an awesome team, and earn additional income through commission. If you enjoy talking to people, have a positive attitude, and aren't afraid to get out there and make things happen, you could be a great fit at Sparkle. No car wash experience? No problem. We’ll train you.

• Help customers choose the wash package that’s right for them.
• Educate guests about Sparkle's wash packages, products, and membership program.
• Promote memberships and upgrades and earn commission on successful sign-ups.
• Deliver friendly, fast, and professional customer service.
• Help keep the site clean, organized, and running smoothly.
• Work closely with your team to create a great experience for every customer.
