Responsibilities
- Handle customer service inquiries and provide support.
- Maintain cash vault inventory and perform balancing.
- Understand and practice Bank Secrecy Laws (AML/CIP/SAR/CTR/OFAC), the USA Patriot Act, and other related regulations.
- Operate office machines such as computers, fax machines, calculators, and telephones.
