Responsibilities

  • Ensure prompt and professional greeting and assistance for all customers and prospective customers.
  • Maintain a clean workspace, as it serves as the initial point of contact for customers.
  • Effectively manage all incoming phone calls, walk-in inquiries, and written correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to General Managers and Service Advisors.
  • Handle receivables, payables, data entry into the accounting system and various spreadsheets, and balance month-end statements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
