About The Position

Kindred Heart Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join our multi-doctor, full-service team. Candidates should be skilled in client communication, appointment scheduling, and managing front-desk operations. This is a weekday position — no weekends required. Kindred Heart Animal Hospital is a full-service veterinary hospital serving Carrboro and Chapel Hill. The original location opened in 2022 and experienced enough growth that in 2023 we opened a second location, 5 miles away, in Governors Village. Our practice is filled with natural light and is fully equipped with in-house labs, digital radiographs, and ultrasound. We love our dedicated dental suite and dental radiographs. We truly function as a team, which you will easily appreciate when you visit us!
