About The Position

PNW Domino’s is hiring a Customer Service Representative to serve customers and help prepare food in a collaborative store environment with opportunities for career growth. The role includes taking customer orders, preparing pizzas, handling payments, and helping keep the store clean. Starting pay is $17.13 in 2026, with bonuses for team performance. The position involves working in store areas with temperatures ranging from 36 degrees in the cooler to 90 degrees or higher, as well as exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Employees may also encounter varying weather conditions when taking out trash or performing other outdoor tasks. Most tasks are performed standing, with short periods of walking and occasional paperwork while seated. Physical tasks include unloading and carrying supplies, moving trays on dollies, occasionally using stairs or a ladder, and bending or crouching to prepare food, stock shelves, and clean.

Near- and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks, depth perception, and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies weighing up to 50 pounds, pushing or pulling trays, occasional climbing, bending, and crouching.
Ability to work in varying store temperatures and tolerate exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
