This role requires reporting incidents and hazardous conditions to a supervisor, complying with safety rules, and performing work assignments in a team environment. The representative will also handle repetitive tasks, maintain a clean work area, and follow all company protocols and procedures. Additionally, the role involves taking direction, responding to supervision, and communicating professionally with leads, supervisors, co-workers, managers, and customers. The position may require filling in during staff shortages and supporting shift leads. A professional appearance and conduct are expected, along with an understanding of customer service and satisfaction, and reporting systems.
