Customer Service Representative
About The Position
We're hiring a Customer Service Representative in Cincinnati to join a growing sales and customer-facing team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of the brands our client represents at live retail campaigns and promotional events. You will greet customers and start friendly conversations, explain products, services, and current promotions, identify customer needs and recommend the right solution, guide customers through the sales and sign-up process, work with your team to hit individual and team sales goals, and keep the promotional space clean, organized, and inviting.
Requirements

- Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, call center, or events is a plus, but not required
