About The Position

This is a remote position for residents within 60 miles of Jacksonville, FL. The role involves responding to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation. You will provide information regarding the company's products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service. Additionally, you will perform transactions or related functions for Savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts. You will also advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction. The role handles a call volume of 80-100+ calls daily.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/ GED required
  • 1-2 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers (call center, collections, banking)
  • Ability to work in a fast-pace high-volume call center environment
  • Must be comfortable and able to submit to a lifetime background check and collections check during onboarding
  • MUST be open to work between 11:00am - 12:00am EST
  • Full availability needed for training from 5/26 - 7/30
