About The Position

The Customer Service Representative works in a fast-paced retail store environment, providing friendly and efficient customer service while supporting a variety of store operations. The role includes greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes working with the food program. Team members work throughout the store, both inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and meet service standards. The position involves frequent customer interaction and collaboration with a team to accomplish daily tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

• Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push and pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
