We are hiring a permanent Part-TIme Customer Service Representative for our Porters Lake clinic! Our Customer Service Representatives are an important part of our team who provide outstanding administrative support to patients, co-workers, and stakeholders, in keeping with the Lifemark Health Group's commitment to patient-centered care. They are responsible for fostering a strong relationship between the clinic and its customers, including patients, staff, funders, and referral sources. They assist an interdisciplinary team with office maintenance and cleanliness. This is achieved by efficiently providing administrative support and coordinating clinic activity with friendly, enthusiastic, and professional service to all patients, team members, and external customers. They ensure the efficient, professional, and organized operation of the clinic office.
