About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Customer Service Representative for their new location. This is a warehouse customer service role, not a call center. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in dispatch, trucking, load scheduling, or similar warehouse tasks. Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in roles with dispatch, trucking, load scheduling, or similar warehouse tasks.
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience

Responsibilities

• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problems, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Assist with order and product management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
