About The Position

Driven Brands is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to support our 1-800 Radiator brand. You will be responsible for helping customers with questions or concerns regarding company products and services. You will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone or via email, filling out forms after each interaction to determine frequent customer feedback or questions and participating in meetings with the customer service team to develop new strategies. The right candidate will understand general customer service principles.

Requirements

  • 1 year of customer Service experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Detail oriented
  • Critical thinking and problem solving

Nice To Haves

  • Sales experience is an asset
  • Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound calls from customers requesting price, availability, and delivery information
  • Taking customer service calls and following up on customer quotes
  • Escalating important customers issues with team members and management
  • Some office administrative tasks (ex. photocopying, data entry)
