Requirements

  • Previous call center experience or customer support roles preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse clientele effectively.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high call volumes efficiently while maintaining quality service
  • Ability to analyze customer needs quickly and provide appropriate solutions with confidence
  • Applicants must have at least 3 years of office experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and Outlook

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sales or upselling techniques is advantageous but not mandatory
  • HVAC experience is preferred
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions
  • Conduct data entry accurately into our systems, maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions
  • Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities to promote additional products or services that meet client needs
  • Collaborate with CSR Department manager and CSR team members to improve call center processes and enhance overall customer experience
