About The Position
Arco Electric Products, a division of Kirby Risk Corporation, is seeking a Customer Service Representative who takes pride in delivering customer service excellence and enjoys working in a collaborative team. This role involves processing customer orders and requests accurately and efficiently, utilizing available resources to resolve issues. The company specializes in the manufacturing of rotary phase converters, power factor correction capacitors, and bus bar assemblies.
Requirements
- College coursework and/or 2+ years relevant work experience
- Knowledge of manufacturing, electrical products, or agricultural technology
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and customer contact skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities and successfully meet several deadlines at once
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Must have legal status that enables you to work in the U.S. We cannot obtain sponsorship.

Responsibilities
- Receive and enter customer orders accurately and timely
- Provide guidance in cross selling and upselling
- Work effectively with vendors and management to solve problems and expedite orders
- Develop mutually beneficial relationships with account managers, vendors, and automation specialists
- Understands and applies strategies to attain desired margins percentages and dollars
- Demonstrate professionalism when representing the company in all communications
