About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Sales Department in Mira Loma, CA. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, and have experience supporting customers in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the food industry is preferred.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant customer service or administrative experience.
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow established procedures and work collaboratively.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the food industry preferred.

Responsibilities

Process and manage customer orders, including adjustments and account maintenance.
Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues, offering solutions, and ensuring timely follow-up.
Coordinate with internal teams to support order fulfillment, delivery, and documentation.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and account changes.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer calls, emails, and messages.
Assist customers with product information, pricing, and promotions.
Handle special requests, including cancellations, returns, recalls, and manual orders.
Track and manage pending tasks to ensure timely completion.
Support cross-functional teamwork and assist with workload balancing as needed.
Communicate payment and billing-related concerns with the Accounting team.
Generate reports related to customer orders, account activity, and order history.
