About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its San Diego store. The role involves serving customers in a fast-paced retail environment, working across different areas of the store, and helping maintain store standards. The position offers flexible schedules and opportunities for career growth.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care.
Communicate effectively and engage in friendly conversation.
Work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination; climbing a ladder may be required to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store’s food program.
Work throughout the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
