About The Position

This role involves interacting with customers through various channels like telephone, email, and online chat to provide support and information about services. The representative will be responsible for collecting and entering orders, addressing customer questions and complaints, and escalating complex issues to specialists. Maintaining accurate customer accounts and interaction records is also a key part of the job.

  • Working in a networked environment using Windows and/or Windows like interface using Microsoft office suite such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook at a proficient level
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two (2) years’ experience in Household Goods Moving
  • Transportation and moving experience required

Responsibilities

  • Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or online chat to provide support and information on services.
  • Collects and enters orders for new or additional services.
  • Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the Representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems.
  • Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
