  • Previous customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
