About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly service in a fast-paced store environment. The role involves serving customers and working across store areas, both inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and meet service standards. The position offers varied tasks and opportunities for career growth, with comprehensive paid training.

Requirements

Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Ability to work at a quick pace, have fun, and contribute as part of a team.
Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and develop ideas to solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide customer care.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store’s food program.
Work in different areas inside and outside the store to maintain store appearance and standards.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Interact with customers and work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
