About The Position

This role involves providing general oversight and supervision for the GPS Central Monitoring Center, delivering technical assistance to company staff and governmental agencies, and overall administration of the GPS/RF monitoring program. The position requires working under general supervision while exercising independent decision-making authority. Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing daily communications and equipment alerts, creating customer accounts, tracking participants, processing payments, generating reports for supervising agencies, performing general maintenance on electronic monitoring equipment, providing case management, and performing installations, removals, and basic maintenance of breath alcohol testing equipment (training and certification will be provided). The role also involves face-to-face contact with clients, including DWI offenders and individuals requiring GPS bracelets for sex offender monitoring.

Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Strong verbal and communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other basic computer functions
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Perform data entry
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite
• Effective verbal and written communication skills required

Responsibilities

• Schedules orientation and installation appointments for all new referrals
• Manages daily communication and equipment alerts and maintenance items
• Creates individual customer accounts and tracks participant as well as taking payments
• Delivers participant completion, non-compliance, and payment reports to the appropriate supervising agencies
• Will have face to face contact with clients (DWI offenders, sex offenders for GPS bracelets)
• Perform general maintenance on electronic monitoring equipment
• Provide case management to an assigned territory
• Performs installations, removals and basic maintenance of breath alcohol testing equipment
• Other duties as assigned
