About The Position

Circle K is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in a fast-paced store environment and provide friendly, efficient service. The role involves interacting with customers and working with an energetic team to complete daily store tasks. Employees work throughout the store, inside and outside, helping maintain store appearance and standards. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Work at a quick pace while contributing to a team and accomplishing daily goals.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly customer service.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store's food program.
Work in different areas inside and outside the store to maintain store appearance and standards.
Interact with customers and collaborate with the team to accomplish daily tasks.
Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
