About The Position
We have multiple full-time, onsite opportunities with starting pay from $17.00 to $18.25 per hour, depending on the program. This role is customer-need focused and provides training to help you excel. You will have opportunities to build your customer service and professional skills.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable assisting customers by phone
- Reliable attendance
- Ability to navigate computer systems
- Six months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have GED or High School Diploma
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
