Provide professional and friendly customer service from the customer service office inside the UCLA Store. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting customers, and offering assistance. Operating cash registers and performing cash handling for special events. Provide general operational support to other store departments. Work on special projects as needed. Employment is contingent upon successful completion and receipt of satisfactory results of a background check, continued Live Scan monitoring, and Employment Misconduct Disclosure.
