About The Position

The Victors Gymnastics is seeking a reliable and organized Customer Service Representative to join our front desk team. This position plays a key role in creating a positive experience for our families, athletes, and staff.

Requirements

  • Strong computer knowledge is a must
  • Comfortable answering phones and speaking with customers
  • Ability to handle questions and concerns from parents, athletes, and staff with professionalism
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Quick to learn new systems and procedures
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Applicants must be available : Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 4:00–8:30 PM
  • Up to two Saturdays per month: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with iClassPro is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Greet families and athletes in person and over the phone
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally
  • Assist parents, athletes, and staff with questions regarding classes, schedules, billing, and events
  • Perform daily computer-based tasks, including registrations and account management
  • Maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail
  • Support smooth front desk operations in a fast-paced environment
