About The Position

The Customer Service Representative works in a fast-paced retail environment, providing friendly service and helping maintain store standards. The role involves assisting customers, operating the register, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes working with the food program. Representatives work in different areas of the store, both inside and outside, and collaborate with an energetic team to accomplish daily tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Work at a quick pace and as part of a team.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push and pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
