Customer Service Expert Mid-shift
About The Position
Logan Services is hiring a Mid-Shift Customer Service Representative to join their growing call center team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel at turning customer conversations into exceptional service experiences. As the first point of contact for customers, the representative will answer inbound calls, schedule HVAC and plumbing service appointments, and deliver outstanding customer service. Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, customer support, scheduling, dispatch, reception, administrative support, or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking while navigating multiple computer systems
- Experience using Microsoft Office and customer management software is a plus
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Positive attitude and a team-first mentality
- Passion for helping customers and creating outstanding experiences
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide exceptional customer service
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm HVAC and plumbing service appointments
- Respond to customer questions with empathy, professionalism, and urgency
- Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, and text messaging
- Coordinate with dispatch, service technicians, and internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet scheduling, booking, and customer satisfaction goals
- Remain positive, organized, and solution-focused during high call volume periods
