About The Position
Well-established companion animal practice in West Chester, Ohio looking for a full-time veterinary Customer Service Representative. We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated team member to join our fast-paced practice. We strongly recognize the importance of the human-animal bond and we see our clients and patients as extended family. This position puts you as a face of the clinic, so excellent people skills are a must. Previous experience as a receptionist is required. Preference will be shown towards applicants with previous medical or veterinary receptionist experience.

- Managing multiple line phone system
- Organizing filing systems and paperwork
