About The Position

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned. To perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be found on the daily schedule. This role involves performing janitorial duties, operating motorized cleaning equipment, and maintaining the daily upkeep of assigned areas. The representative will report incidents and hazardous conditions to their supervisor, comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures, and perform work assignments in a team with other employees. The position requires performing repetitive tasks, maintaining a clean work area, and following all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules. Additionally, the role involves taking direction, responding to supervision, and communicating professionally with leads, supervisors, co-workers, managers, and customers. The representative may also fill in during staff shortages, support shift leads in completing punch-list items, use proper personal protective equipment, and present a professional appearance and conduct. Understanding customer service and satisfaction is key. The ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary, along with understanding reporting systems and the environment.

Requirements

  • No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A valid driver's license may be required for this position based on business needs.
  • Employees required to drive as part of their job duties must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and meet company driving eligibility requirements.
  • Completed all safety and task training certification.
  • May be required to be forklift certified.
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team.
  • Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment.
  • Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.
  • The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
  • Monday-Friday: 5am-1:30pm
  • This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
