About The Position

This role is for a part-time Customer Service Representative in the Minocqua branch, who will help customers with everyday banking needs and keep things running smoothly at the front line. The goal is to make customer visits easy, accurate, and welcoming.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Solid computer skills and clear, friendly communication
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting

• Customer service, cash handling and/or sales experience

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and assisting with routine teller transactions and account requests
• Handling cash with strong attention to detail and balancing work accurately
• Spotting opportunities to connect customers with the right products/services
• Using bank systems to complete work efficiently while juggling multiple requests
