Requirements
- Strong communication skills, including a pleasant phone demeanor
- Practical experience in customer service
- Able to utilize phone, cell phone, text, email and internet at a high level of expertise
- Motivated to work independently and multi-task

- Flexible availability including weekends and some nights
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments
- Answering questions about services
- Troubleshooting basic issues
- Work with technicians to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and technical correctness of the completed job
