About The Position

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking call center representatives to support its sales team in generating opportunities, handling call volume, and directing calls to the proper areas within the company. This role will be part of the initial contact team for customers interested in the healthcare products that LIG offers. The ideal candidate will have experience in a remote/call center work environment.

Requirements

High school diploma
A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
Strong typing and basic computer skills.
1-2 years Call center sales experience.
Proven success in a call center work environment.
Proven success in a remote work environment.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.
Strong work ethic, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment.
Must possess a professional and friendly attitude while being able to develop rapport with customers over the phone.

Nice To Haves

Collections and/or insurance sales experience is a PLUS, but not required!

Responsibilities

Receive inbound calls including transferred sales leads and calls from current and potential customers.
Transfer calls to the proper queues or individuals easily.
Follow the LIG proper call script for each type of partnership and call received and made.
Meet Quality Assurance Requirements for call compliance.
Ensuring DNC List compliance requests.
